Hi! I'm Rachel, and I'm your new favorite writer.

Just kidding. Or am I?

I'm a Texas girl living in Stillwater, Oklahoma. I'm trained in marketing & communications, but I chose to work in vocational ministry serving Jesus and His church. Right now I'm a college minister. It's super fun.

I write about a lot of things - my life, Jesus, the church, sometimes politics if I'm feeling particularly spicy. I'm the opposite of an expert, but I do try to honestly process things with wisdom, by God's grace.

My heart is to spark better conversations about important things with creativity, dialogue and just a little humor to keep things fun. My hope is that these online pieces & conversations would cultivate life-giving relationships and connections off-line.

And if I'm the only one who reads these things, just know that I sat on my couch alone and laughed at all my own jokes. #notashamed
